Bill Barnett has specialized in the sale of land for both development and agricultural uses since he began his brokerage career in 1974. Bill participated in the assemblage, planning and rezoning of a number of large communities in the Richmond area such as Wyndham, Innsbrook, Deep Run Business Center, Patriots Landing, Appomattox Industrial Center and Roseland. His rural brokerage experience includes timberland holdings, large farms and waterfront properties especially in Tidewater Virginia. Bill graduated from the College of William and Mary, is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina, is Senior Vice President and Partner with Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc. and is managing partner of Commonwealth Land.
